A homicide investigation has been launched after a 50-year-old man died from injuries sustained when he was struck by a vehicle in Fernvale, west of Brisbane, on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to Stoneywood Street at around 6pm, where they found the man unresponsive with head, chest, arm, and leg injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have arrested a 45-year-old woman in connection with the incident. According to authorities, the man and woman knew each other.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are currently under investigation.
