Two dogs have been captured and a man is in hospital with serious injuries after a dog attack in Brisbane's north overnight.
Emergency services were called to Kittyhawk Drive in Chermside just after 6pm on Friday evening, where they found a 37-year-old man with serious injuries to both arms.
The two dogs involved fled the scene, but one was located and captured nearby a short time later with the assistance of a police helicopter.
The second dog remained at large overnight but was located and captured by police at an address in Wavell Heights the following morning.
A spokesperson for Brisbane City Council confirmed that both dogs were registered at the same address and had not previously been declared dangerous.
